Free for hospitality professionals

Waiters, bartenders, baristas, cooks, event crew, security and other hospitality professionals create a profile, publish availability and respond to shift requests at no cost.

Billing and cancellation

Every new venue account starts with a 14-day free trial — no payment is taken during the trial, and you can cancel from your dashboard before it ends. After the trial, the subscription is paid manually by bank transfer, Whish, OMT Pay, or cash. Payment instructions are sent by email or WhatsApp (+961 71 049 472), and your account is activated once payment is confirmed. Renewals are manual: pay for the next period when your current access is due to expire. All payments are final. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

Subscription fees cover access to the marketplace only. Servely does not employ hospitality professionals or handle wages — pay is arranged directly between the venue and the professional.
